The journey of St. Mary's Rice Mill began in 1964 when our parents initiated a small-scale rice mill in Pallikkara, Ernakulam District. Despite the manual labor involved, their emphasis on delivering high-quality products while upholding values remained unwavering. This commitment to quality and values has been our guiding principle throughout our journey. As a result, our growth might have been slower compared to competitors, but it has been steady.
In 2004, we expanded our operations and established a new venture in KINFRA Food Park, Nellad, Kerala.
Our primary products include matta rice (brown-colored rice) primarily used in Kerala, Bengal, and Sri Lanka. Over time, we diversified our offerings by adding rice powder (Puttu podi), an array of pickles, snacks, and millets to our portfolio.
Our manufacturing process is fully mechanized, incorporating state-of-the-art machinery for paddy processing. We exclusively source paddy from local farmers, actively supporting and partnering with them in their ventures. Our commitment to these farmers is unparalleled, and our service processing unit operates at maximum efficiency.
We maintain a stringent focus on hygiene and quality throughout the manufacturing process, a standard upheld rigorously within the food park industry.
